Dean has been working with his hands since childhood, creating everything from backyard hockey rinks to renovating his parents’ basement. He started Dieleman Construction in 2019 after working for a custom home builder for 5 years.
His lifelong love for construction has shaped his approach to every project, focusing on time-tested techniques and a keen attention to detail.

Dean is a devoted husband and father of three.
When he’s not working, he can be found camping or biking with his wife and kids, who he loves to include in projects around the house – building the yearly outdoor rink or putting together furniture. He even built his children’s bunk beds, a perfect example of his hands-on approach to both work and home life.
